This is a photo of the Hagerstown (MD) Roundhouse Museum's EMD Model 40
locomotive, aka "Chloe". This photo was taken by F.D.Detrow during the
Hagerstown Railroad Heritage Days, May 12-15, 1994. It shows the Model 40 (with
visitors), and theNorfolk Southern Exhibit Car.
