HISTORY:

N73711 was our famous 1988 "Aloha Convertibe" that lost part of its upper 
fuselage mid-air near Hilo, and yet landed safely. This airplane was a 737-297, 
part of the big 737-200 domestic Aloha fleet. It is here depicted as it appeared at 
HNL, wearing the 1984 new Aloha colors in October 1984. Note: this plane once has
been into lease to Air Cal, in 1982.
