New Water Texture

This water texture that I think is better than the default one. It
looks great as the sun goes down.  :)

Installation:
Just place the "water.r8" file in your FS98\Texture directory. Example:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\Texture
Click 'yes' when asked to replace the old one with the new one.
