HISTORY:

"Bandeirante Pioneiro" (the Pioneer) was the pouplar nickname that PT-TBA took
in 1973, after being the first Bandeirante to leave the assembly line to be delivered
to an airline. And Trans Brasil was this first customer. More 9 units would join
the fleet for commuter flights under TBA colors until 1976.

"The Bandeirante is a Brazilian plane, made on the size for Brazil. And Trans
Brasil was the first airline which believed on it and on his pioneer destine.
Today, Trans Brasil Bandeirante, honoring the name which it was baptized by
Embraer, goes opening new routes and linking this enourmous country. You can already
go, 4 times a day from Viracorpos to Rio de Janeiro and the way back. And you
already can go to Fernando de Noronha Island in a comfortable, fast and nice trip.
But Trans Brasil Bandeirante isn't going to stop there. It is a plane scheduled
to go very away. Pretty like the country that built it."
