Written for FS98 default scenery.  This scenery places signage at 119 different airports in Washington.  Each sign includes the name of the airport, town, elevation, ID, ATIS, and ILS (as listed in FS98). 
This is version 2 and includes many improvements, including better
alignment of all signs with runways and hangers placed at all airports.
