J.R. Squires Farm for Flight98 Author: Brian Moat File Created: 3-15-01 Created using: Airport 2.60, and VOD 3.0 The J.R. Squires Farm was established in 1883, when it was homesteaded by James Henley Squires. It has operated continuously since, by himself, and his descendents. The farmhouse was purchased by my family in 1996, and we still own it, although David St. John, the great-grandson of James H. Squires currently farms the land itsself. You will find it a mile or two south by southwest (roughly), from Rosalia Municipal Airport, and if you are game, you can land on the 2800 foot straight stretch. If you are low on fuel, there's a pump behind the grain bins. I made this scenery out of my love for the place, so please excuse the detail... :) Either create a folder (named what you wish), in the main \scenery folder, create a folder within that one called scenery, and place the bgl file in it, and add the file to the scenery library as you normally would, or, for easy install, copy the bgl file into an already active scenery folder (in my case, Seattle, or Spokane \scenery), this way the bgl file is automatically processed when you start flight. If your sim crashes from installing, (it shouldn't), find and delete the squires.bgl file. Enjoy the scenery, and e-mail questions or comments to bmoat@icehouse.net This scenery is freeware, and is not intended for use in projects for profit.
