FS2000 Fix to get the side fuselage night textures to be lighten a any speed 

(instead of the 250 knots limitation) for the Delta (764dl_LT.zip) and 

Continental (764co_LT.zip) Boeing 767-400 (ProMaxLT)

Also fix a minor alignment on the front gear retract
