The Board unanimously resolved to accept the audited December 31 1993 Balance
Sheet, the audited Statement of Revenue, Expenses and Change in Fund Balance
for the Year Ended December 31 1993, and the audited Statement of Cash Flows
Balance for the Year Ended December 31 1993 as an accurate record of ISOC
financial activity for 1993.
