ISOC, IETF and IESG to ratify the Standards Process (currently documented as
RFC 1602). This document is to be revised to separate the process of selection
of IESG and IAB members from the procedural machinery of generation of
standards, and also to separate the patent and copyright language of RFC 1602,
review this material and redraft it (with intellectual property considerations
included) as a separate document.
