I have attended ever annal ISOC meeting at INET since the initial meeting in Kobe. I took the role of Acting Chairman during a period when both ISOC and the Advisory Council were trying to establish their direction and purpose. During that period, I tried to build a positive relationship within ISOC. I would like the opportunity to extend that effort as we continue to make the Internet a major international resource. ==========================================================================
